Most business owners write a business plan and then file it away never to be seen again.  In this workshop you will create a one-page working tactical plan that will hold you and your team accountable to direct growth of your business.  Some of the topics we will cover include:  Are you positioning yourself in a way that aligns with the clients you are targeting?  Identify your I.C.P (Ideal Client Profile), categorize and prioritize your buckets of potential revenue.  How to find, blueprint and put together a prospecting plan to reach your I.C.P list.  Are you using your resources appropriately?  Is everyone in the organization aligned with the goals for the company?
